A message dated August 8, 2012, was received stating the Governor                                                               
signed the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and                                                           
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent                                                               
filing:                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 34(STA) am                                                                               
     Urging the United States Congress to fund all the facilities and                                                           
     vessels necessary for the United States Coast Guard to fulfill its                                                         
     Arctic missions, including icebreakers and an Arctic Coast Guard
